About Muay Thai & Boxing
Why We Train
On the mat, everyone's equal. Doesn't matter if you're a CEO outside or a student - sab ek jaise hain yahan (everyone's the same here). For me, martial arts is more than punches and kicks. It's where I go to clear my head. Happy, stressed, lost - training just makes sense.
What We Do
Our Muay Thai & Boxing program mixes the "Art of Eight Limbs" with the "Sweet Science". Group classes or one-on-one, you pick. I want you to understand why you're throwing that jab, not just copy moves. We travel, learn from pros in Thailand, and bring those lessons straight to the club. Sometimes we host expert seminars too.
On the Mat
Sessions aren't easy, but they're worth it. You'll drill Muay Thai fundamentals till your legs feel like lead. We spend real time on boxing pad work and breaking down each technique. Sparring? Yep, but always controlled, with full gear. Coaches give you feedback right after. And conditioning - expect those 100 kicks per leg before we're done.
Our Tribe
We push each other. No egos, just people who want to get better. Rato mat, samjho (don’t cram, just understand). You train with a community, not just a gym crowd.
Level Up
Want to fight? Our fight team trains for real competitions like ICL. What you learn here, works out there.
