About Schedules & Announcements
We balance our timetable to accommodate everyone from early birds to late-night workers. If you are specifically looking for Women’s Self Defence or beginner-level Jiu-Jitsu, check the weekend slots carefully, as these shift based on instructor availability and mat capacity. We avoid static schedules; we update our timings to ensure high-quality, controlled sparring sessions rather than overcrowded classes.
Training Structure
Our schedule is built to provide structure without the fluff. We run classes in specific blocks—striking fundamentals, Jiu-Jitsu drills, and strength sessions—because mixing everything up often leads to sloppy technique.
How to Read the Schedule
- Drilling Time: These are the most important slots. This is where we break down mechanics, footwork, and defensive posture. It is not a workout; it is a technical lab.
- Sparring/Open Mat: Reserved for those with enough experience to manage their intensity safely. If you are new, stick to the fundamentals blocks until a coach gives you the green light.
- Kids Classes: These follow a separate progression focused on discipline and coordination rather than competition prep.
Location & Timing Updates
We operate primarily out of Vasant Kunj, with additional sessions scheduled for Vasant Vihar. Weekend classes are often added based on demand, especially for specialized seminars or intensives. If a slot on the schedule is marked as 'Pro Team,' it is a closed session for our competition squad; please check in with us before showing up for those specific hours.
Common Questions
Can I drop in for a single session? Yes, provided there is space on the mats. However, we prefer you book your slot beforehand so we can keep the student-to-coach ratio tight.
Do you change timings often? We do. We keep this page updated, but our Instagram is the fastest way to get news on last-minute changes due to tournaments or seminars. If you are ever unsure, just reach out.
