About Strength & Conditioning
Why We Do This
We built our strength & conditioning program because regular fitness routines just don't cut it for combat sports. Our goal is simple - help you become harder to injure, tougher to tire out, and able to push through when every muscle's screaming. It’s not about chasing aesthetics. It’s about real-world results on the mats, in the cage, or wherever you need your body to keep up.
What You’ll Actually Do
No nonsense - we stick to what works:
- Heavy focus on weight lifting for functional strength training for fighters. Think squats, deadlifts, and presses that actually matter in combat.
- We hammer your endurance with HIIT, jump rope, and rounds that’ll leave you breathless, to make sure you’re not gassing out.
- Every exercise ties back to athletic performance for jiu-jitsu or whatever you train, so you get stronger where it counts.
Who Shows Up Here
Doesn’t matter if you’re a pro fighter, a white belt, or just fed up of boring gym routines. We see all sorts - people wanting injury prevention for martial artists, total beginners, and those looking to level up for their next fight or comp. Everyone trains together and learns from each other.
Where You’ll Train
We run out of Vasant Kunj, right behind the mats with our partners at Calfunk Fitness. All the weights, gear, and expert coaches you’ll need - no excuses.
Class Times
Monday & Thursday: 9-10 AM
Wednesday & Friday: 7:30-8:30 PM
You’ll know after the first session if this is for you. If you’re into the grind, we’ll get along just fine.
