This graphic details our weekday yoga classes for intermediate to advanced students. We offer morning and evening batches focusing on multi-style yoga, power flows, and strength building.

We offer a variety of yoga styles to help you balance your soul. This flyer shows our morning and evening batches for Power, Aerial, and Partner Yoga, with both online and offline options available.

Our evening yoga class from 8-9 PM is open to both men and women. It's a great way to unwind after a long day and work on your strength, flexibility, and peace of mind.

About Studio Info & Community

We aren't a high-volume, impersonal gym. We are a community-led studio where you’ll find women-only morning batches and mixed-gender evening sessions. If you are coming for the first time, know that our classes rely on consistent, functional movement rather than quick fixes, and you’ll find a complimentary nursery service available during your workout hours.

Studio Setup

Located in Sector 15, Gurugram, our studio is designed for comfort and focus.

  • Childcare: We provide a complimentary supervised nursery service so you can focus on your practice without worry.
  • Amenities: Secure lockers, showers, and changing rooms are available for all members.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my kids? Yes, we offer a dedicated Kids Yoga & Development Program (ages 3–15) three days a week. Plus, for adults in our fitness batches, we offer a complimentary nursery service on-site.

What is the class schedule like? Our morning batches (6 AM – 7 AM) are strictly women-only. Our evening batches (8 PM – 9 PM) are open to everyone. All sessions require consistent attendance to see real results, and our team provides hands-on posture correction to ensure you are safe and effective.

Do you offer trials? We invite you to reach out and book a visit. We prefer to understand your fitness goals first—whether it's weight loss, flexibility, or strength—and suggest the right batch for your level.

I’m Sweeti Rathi. I opened this studio to build a space where we can struggle, sweat, and laugh together, moving away from the perfect body myth to focus on rebuilding self-belief. Come as you are, beginner or pro, and let’s get to work.
