At our Sector 15 studio, we don't believe in perfect poses; we believe in showing up. Our mat classes are a mix of traditional Hatha, dynamic Vinyasa, and core-crushing Power Yoga designed to build real, functional strength.

Practical Details
- Schedule: We offer unlimited monthly memberships with access to Mon-Fri batches. Morning slots are women-only (6:00 AM – 7:00 AM), while our evening mixed-gender sessions run from 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
- Facilities: We provide an air-conditioned studio with wooden floors, secure lockers, and showers. For our morning batch members, we even offer a complimentary nursery service so you can focus on your workout while your little ones are looked after nearby.
