- Aerial Gear: Professional tricot fabric hammocks provided for aerial yoga.
- Strength & Cardio: Usage of adjustable steppers, resistance bands, dumbbells (1kg-5kg), and kettlebells.
- Basics: Anti-slip yoga mats provided for floor work.

This is not your typical gym vibe. At Sweat & Shine Fitness Studio, I see women showing up for themselves and each other - no judgment, just support. We’re a women-only fitness group where it’s okay to laugh, mess up a move, and keep going. When you want to quit, I’ll be there, yelling "Pura upar aana hai!" and clapping for you when you crush it. Beginners, pros, doesn’t matter - you’ll get personal guidance, even in a crowd.

Morning batches run 6-9 AM, evenings from 5-8 PM, Monday to Saturday. Flexibility is key here.

My Story
Why did I open a women-only gym? Simple. I wanted a place where we can sweat, struggle, and laugh together. Here, we celebrate Holi with colors, eat cake on Teacher’s Day, and support each other like family. Fitness for me is rebuilding self-belief, not just muscles. Seva matters too – I join free health camps in Haryana. Our mantra? Strong alone, unstoppable together. This is our sisterhood.
