What Our Group Classes Feel Like

This is not your typical gym vibe. At Sweat & Shine Fitness Studio, I see women showing up for themselves and each other - no judgment, just support. We’re a women-only fitness group where it’s okay to laugh, mess up a move, and keep going. When you want to quit, I’ll be there, yelling "Pura upar aana hai!" and clapping for you when you crush it. Beginners, pros, doesn’t matter - you’ll get personal guidance, even in a crowd.

  • Strength & Sweat: HIIT, group strength training classes, core blast, cardio kickboxing, step aerobics.
  • Dance Your Heart Out: Dance-based group exercise like Zumba, Bollywood, Hip Hop, Contemporary.
  • Find Your Calm: Yoga (all levels), Pilates, stick mobility, meditation - perfect for mind-body fitness community vibes.

Morning batches run 6-9 AM, evenings from 5-8 PM, Monday to Saturday. Flexibility is key here.

My Story

Why did I open a women-only gym? Simple. I wanted a place where we can sweat, struggle, and laugh together. Here, we celebrate Holi with colors, eat cake on Teacher’s Day, and support each other like family. Fitness for me is rebuilding self-belief, not just muscles. Seva matters too – I join free health camps in Haryana. Our mantra? Strong alone, unstoppable together. This is our sisterhood.

My Work

All Women’s Fitness Classes - Group workouts, personal training, HIIT, aerobics, strength training, diet plans, over 25 routines.

Yoga & Dance Specialties - Try Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, aerial yoga for beginners, plus Zumba and dance sessions, all for women.

Supportive Sisterhood - No judgment. Chahe aap beginner ho ya pro (Whether you’re new or advanced), this is your space.

Push for Real Results - No shortcuts. Yahan pe we work hard and I’ll push you, but always with care and proper form.
