Welcome to our space in Gurugram where we sweat, struggle, and grow together. Here is a look at the routines, equipment, and community that define us.
This is our popular Aerial Yoga class. Using the silk hammock helps you decompress your spine, build serious upper body strength, and get into inversions safely, even on your first day. It’s a challenging workout that feels like play.
In our stick mobility sessions, we focus on improving posture and joint freedom. As I guide you through the movements, you'll feel your body open up, targeting the hamstrings, glutes, and shoulders for a deep, effective stretch.
We believe in pushing your limits safely. Here, I'm providing support and adding resistance with weights during a wall sit to help build muscle and, more importantly, rebuild belief in yourself. This is what personal attention looks like.
A glimpse into our group mat classes where we flow together. This is a classic Cobra pose, or Bhujangasana, which is fantastic for strengthening the spine and opening the chest. You can see the focus and shared energy in the room.
Core strength is the foundation of everything we do. We make it fun and challenging by incorporating props like stability balls for exercises like these leg raises, which really fire up the abdominal muscles.
Proper alignment is key to a safe and effective practice. I provide hands-on adjustments to ensure you get the most out of every pose, whether you're a beginner learning the basics or an advanced student refining your form.
Every body is unique, and so is your journey to mastering a pose like a headstand. We guide you to find your own technique, building the strength, balance, and confidence you need to see the world from a new perspective.
We use props like the yoga wheel to help you safely explore deeper backbends. This tool provides support for your spine, allowing you to open your heart and shoulders more fully than you might on your own.

Walking into our studio in Sector 15, you won’t find machines gathering dust or people focused only on their screens. You’ll find a sisterhood. Whether you are trying your first aerial inversion or holding a plank in our mat class, you will see women cheering each other on, correcting forms, and sharing a laugh when the workout gets tough.
We believe fitness is about rebuilding self-belief, not just changing how you look. That is why we have built a space where beginners and pros feel equally at home.

- Aerial Yoga: Don’t be intimidated by the silks. They are there to help you safely decompress your spine and build core strength. It feels like play, but it works your entire body.
- Stick Mobility & Props: We use sticks, wheels, and blocks not as gimmicks, but to help you find the right alignment. It is about making sure your glutes, hamstrings, and shoulders get the stretch they actually need.
- Group Mat Classes: This is where our 'Sisterhood of Sweat' comes alive. Our morning batches are women-only, creating a private, non-judgmental environment where you can truly focus on your practice.
Why We’re Different: We don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans. You will get hands-on corrections because form matters more than reps. If you are struggling with a pose, we will use a block or a chair—we modify and adjust, but we never just leave you to figure it out alone.
