Using silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling, our aerial yoga classes help decompress the spine, build upper body and core strength, and improve flexibility. We offer both energetic group classes and personalized one-on-one training to help you fly with confidence.
Yoga with Props: Find Your Support
We believe in making yoga accessible and effective for everyone, which is why we use a wide range of props. Tools like stability balls, mobility sticks, yoga wheels, blocks, and chairs help you with alignment, deepen stretches, and build functional strength.
Group Mat Classes: Our Sisterhood of Sweat
This is where our community comes to life. Join our energetic group sessions, including Vinyasa flows and Power Yoga, to build strength and flexibility together. Our morning batches are exclusively for women, creating a safe and supportive space to sweat and shine.
