At Sweat & Shine, I mix strict discipline with a big dose of self-love. Pura upar aana hai! (Go all the way up!) is my vibe, but so is khud se pyaar bhi zaroori hai (loving yourself matters too).

My Story
Why did I open a women-only gym? Simple. I wanted a place where we can sweat, struggle, and laugh together. Here, we celebrate Holi with colors, eat cake on Teacher’s Day, and support each other like family. Fitness for me is rebuilding self-belief, not just muscles. Seva matters too – I join free health camps in Haryana. Our mantra? Strong alone, unstoppable together. This is our sisterhood.
