About Yoga Classes
What Yoga Means to Us
Yoga keval sharirik vyayam nahi hai (Yoga isn't just physical exercise) - it's about feeling better inside and out, not just sweating it out for fitness. I take yoga as a way of living, something that shapes your mind as much as your body. Breath, awareness, and a bit of fun go hand in hand in my classes.
Different Styles, Real Choices
I teach all levels, so whether you've never touched a yoga mat or you're deep into your practice, there's a spot here for you.
- Ashtanga Yoga: For those who like discipline and focus. No AC, no music, just your breath and movement.
- Vinyasa & Hatha: These are my go-tos for building a solid base. Vinyasa is all about flow, while Hatha is about holding and feeling each pose.
- Restorative & Yin: When you need slow and deep relaxation, these styles let you use props and longer holds. Restorative yoga techniques help you truly unwind.
- Aerial Yoga: If you want something different, Flying Yoga is beginner-friendly and fun with silks.
Yoga for Every Body
I run beginner yoga sessions and specialized classes like prenatal yoga classes for moms, chair & stick yoga for accessibility, and playful yoga for kids. Everyone's welcome - age and ability don't matter.
Our Space & Approach
Our studio feels like ghar jaisa mahaul (home-like vibe). No mirrors, no showing off - just focusing on how you feel. Workshops and retreats happen often. I guide with precision, breath work, and safety. Yoga se hi hoga (Yoga makes it happen) is something I truly believe.

My Story
We’re Sweat N Stretch, and honestly, this studio is like our second home. Not your typical gym vibe here, more like ‘ghar jaisa mahaul’ (just like home), you know? Trainers from all sorts—yoga, pilates, calisthenics—mixing it up under one roof. Folks come in stressed, leave lighter. Some nail splits, some just sleep better. It’s not just a job for us, it’s building a community, sharing laughs, and pushing each other to grow.
