मेरी सोच (My Approach)
Yoga, for me, is andar ki journey (inner journey), not just body ka exercise. I see it as a way to connect body, mind, and spirit, whether you’re a chota bacha (young child) or a senior with lots of wisdom. हर उम्र के लिए है (It’s for every age).
बच्चों के लिए योग (For Kids)
- Bacho ke liye (for kids), yoga is more than just poses. We mix discipline with fun, so they actually want to come back.
- I use props like blocks and straps so they don’t get hurt and gain confidence.
- Sometimes we move outdoors - parks, terrace, studio - to keep it fresh.
- I include yoga games for children and mindfulness for kids, so they learn calmness and focus while still having fun.
सीनियर्स के लिए योग (For Seniors)
- Mere liye (for me), gentle yoga for elderly means using props like chairs and bolsters - koi jaldbaazi nahi (no rushing).
- I adjust every pose. Safe yoga postures for seniors is a must.
- Focus stays on wellness - digestion, lung health, back strength. Kaam dhire dhire hota hai (things happen slowly), but the change is real.
- You’ll notice better energy and less fatigue, but only if you stick with it.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Yogi Sunil. I started Soul to Shiva Yoga Foundation because yoga isn’t about fancy poses for Instagram. Real yoga is 'Chitta Vritti Nirodha' – quieting the mind, dissolving ego, real parivartan (change). Discipline matters – sirf motivation se kuch nahi hota (motivation alone won’t do). Body ko kasht dena padta hai (you must give your body some discomfort). Like a car needs alignment, so do we. That’s why I teach – to guide you on this journey from the self, to the self, through the self.
My Work
All Yoga Services – Online, Offline, Personal, Corporate - We teach everyone: online, offline, private, and on-site for companies. From beginner to advanced, plus yoga for kids and seniors.
Specialized Yoga – Health Focused - We run classes for yoga for PCOD/PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, weight loss, and flexibility. Each batch is tailored.
