Maternity Yoga: Safe & Supportive
I guide you through pre-natal yoga classes with lots of props and attention to alignment. We focus on hip opening (think Baddhakonasana, Malasana), gentle mobility like Cat-Cow, and poses picked for yoga for labor preparation. I'm always checking in to make sure you’re comfortable, not pushing yourself too hard. My goal? You connect with your body and baby, feeling confident for what’s ahead.
Kids Yoga: Play Meets Purpose
For our little yogis, it's all about fun and movement. Classes mix playful poses (Downward Dog, Cobra), yoga games, and teamwork with acro yoga. We use props and keep it lively, so kids build strength and flexibility without even realizing they’re exercising. Surya Namaskar gets introduced too, just in a way that makes sense for their age.
