For me, yoga means turning inward - andar ki journey hai. It’s not about just stretching or looking flexible. Therapeutic Yoga is about calming your mind, realigning your body, and letting healing start from within. Chitta Vritti Nirodha - quieting those mental ripples - that’s where real change begins.

You won’t find generic routines here. I design each session to target your health concerns using real yoga science. Whether you’re battling stress, anxiety, PCOD/PCOS, diabetes, thyroid issues, or nagging pain, we work together to address the root. I’m upfront: real transformation (parivartan) takes hard work. Jalana padega apne aap ko - you’ll need to push past what’s comfortable.
How We Practice: Soul To Shiva Method
Safety and alignment come first. I use props like chairs, wheels, belts, and blocks to help you access poses safely. These tools aren’t shortcuts - they let you go deeper. I give hands-on adjustments so you get the real therapeutic benefit and avoid injury. If you have high BP, I’ll make sure you skip poses like Halasana and try alternatives.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Yogi Sunil. I started Soul to Shiva Yoga Foundation because yoga isn’t about fancy poses for Instagram. Real yoga is 'Chitta Vritti Nirodha' – quieting the mind, dissolving ego, real parivartan (change). Discipline matters – sirf motivation se kuch nahi hota (motivation alone won’t do). Body ko kasht dena padta hai (you must give your body some discomfort). Like a car needs alignment, so do we. That’s why I teach – to guide you on this journey from the self, to the self, through the self.
