This is a glimpse into our world of yoga, where every age finds strength and every body finds its balance. From the gentle, supported practice for seniors to the dynamic energy of our youngest students, I believe yoga is an andar ki journey (inner journey) for everyone.
Gentle Yoga for Seniors
My classes for seniors focus on safety, stability, and improving overall wellness. I use props like chairs, bolsters, and bands to make every asana accessible, helping to improve digestion, lung capacity, and back strength without any pressure or rushing.
Developing Young Champions (Yoga for Kids)
For bacho ke liye (for kids), my yoga classes are a mix of discipline and play. I teach them focus and calmness through challenging poses and mindfulness exercises, using props to ensure they build strength and confidence safely.
Safe Practice with Props
I believe in using props like chairs, blocks, straps, and yoga wheels to make yoga accessible and safe for everyone. These tools help in achieving correct alignment, preventing injuries, and allowing students of all levels to deepen their practice with confidence.
Our Yoga Community in Action
Yoga is also about connection and community. We hold group classes and events, sometimes moving our practice outdoors to parks and terraces to enjoy the fresh air and connect with nature together.
