(Hero Item) This is proof that age is just a number. Here, a 68-year-old student builds strength and flexibility using a resistance band. My focus for seniors is on safe, modified movements that improve energy and overall wellness, showing that parivartan (change) is possible at any stage of life.
For kids, yoga is about finding balance and discipline while having fun. This young student is mastering Mayurasana (Peacock Pose), a difficult asana that requires immense core strength and focus. It takes time, but as I say, "Ek din main nahi hoga, lekin ek din zarur hoga."
We often take our practice outdoors to connect with nature. Here, our students are finding their center during a rooftop meditation session. Whether in the studio or under the open sky, the goal is always to quiet the mind and connect with the spirit.
I guide my students through advanced backbends using props like the yoga wheel for support. This allows them to deepen the pose safely, increasing spinal flexibility and opening the heart chakra. This is how we build confidence and prevent injury.
For many, especially seniors, props are essential for a safe practice. Here, students use chairs to support a gentle backbend, which helps improve posture and relieve back tension without strain. Koi jaldbaazi nahi, just slow, steady progress.

Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain or need to improve your athletic flexibility, we work on these specific limitations first. You will feel the difference in how your body moves after just a few classes, but you must be ready to put in the work.
My Approach to Yoga
Real yoga is 'Chitta Vritti Nirodha'—the quieting of the mind. We do not do fancy poses for social media attention. I focus on strong basics, correct alignment, and building a foundation that helps you in your daily life.
Specialized Sessions
For Kids & Teens: We mix discipline with play. Using props ensures they stay safe while building core strength for challenging asanas like Mayurasana. It is about building physical confidence and focus.
For Seniors: Our therapeutic sessions are about safety and stability. We use chairs, bolsters, and straps to assist with joint rotation, lung capacity through pranayama, and back health. There is no rush—koi jaldbaazi nahi. We go slow because the goal is sustainable health, not quick fixes.
Where We Practice
We operate from studios in New Ashok Nagar and Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi. If you prefer the privacy and comfort of your home, I also offer personal 1-on-1 sessions across Delhi and Noida. All you need to bring is your mat and a commitment to show up. Remember, it won't happen in a day, but one day it will happen.
