About this collection
This isn't a passive stream where you just watch and guess. We maintain a strict 'video-on' policy for every live session so I can see your form, correct your posture in real-time, and ensure you aren't straining yourself. It is as close to being in my Rishikesh studio as possible, just from your own living room.
Distance should not stop you from learning the correct way to practice. Whether you are in Delhi or abroad, my online classes bring the same intensity and focus as our in-studio batches.
How the Session Works
We hold live sessions twice a day, at 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM IST. Because we limit class sizes, I can provide individual attention to everyone. You don't need a fancy setup. If you don't have yoga props, I will guide you on how to use everyday household items like chairs, belts, or thick books to achieve the right alignment.
What You Will Learn
My approach is traditional. We do not rush through movements. You will learn:
- Surya Namaskar: The foundation for strength and fat burning.
- Pranayama: Because 'jo shwaas par niyantran pa lega, wo jeevan par niyantran pa lega' (he who controls his breath, controls his life).
- Asana Alignment: We focus on Iyengar-style precision, using props to ensure your joints and spine are safe.
- Meditation: Every class closes with a few minutes of deep stillness to settle your mind.
Getting Started
If you are struggling with back pain, shoulder stiffness from office work, or simply want to tone your body, this is the place to start. Consistency is the only requirement.
