Join our daily yoga sessions, available in-person at our Noida studio or live online. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we guide you through a balanced practice of asana, breathing, and meditation.

A moment of focused stretching in our group class. This seated twisting pose, Marichyasana, is excellent for improving spinal flexibility and aiding digestion. Notice how some students are also connected to our live online session.

Students exploring deep hamstring and hip stretches. I provide modifications for every pose, ensuring that each person can access the benefits regardless of their current flexibility. This is a typical scene from our flexibility focused sessions.

The entire class moves into Paschimottanasana, a seated forward bend. This asana calms the brain, relieves stress, and provides a wonderful stretch for the entire back body. It is a cornerstone of a restorative practice.

The class works together on Dhanurasana (Bow Pose). This energizing backbend strengthens the back muscles, improves posture, and opens up the chest and shoulders.

Students practicing Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), known as the 'queen of asanas'. This inversion calms the nervous system, improves circulation, and benefits the thyroid gland.

A synchronized moment of core strengthening and leg stretching. This pose challenges balance and builds abdominal strength, essential for a stable yoga practice.

The dynamic energy of Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana (Three-Legged Downward-Facing Dog). This variation of the classic pose opens the hips and builds upper body strength.

Students in Karnapidasana (Ear Pressure Pose), a deep forward-bending inversion. This advanced asana brings a profound sense of calm and introspection, blocking out external sounds.

Students practicing Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), a deep backbend that builds strength in the arms, legs, and spine. It is a powerful heart-opening posture.

A moment of surrender in Shasankasana (Child's Pose). This gentle resting pose is used between more challenging asanas to help students reconnect with their breath and conserve energy.
