Bring the Shala to your living room. I guide you through traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa breath by breath, ensuring your practice is safe, focused, and effective from anywhere in the world.

This is a clip from my online class, guiding students through Ashtanga Surya Namaskar A with the traditional Sanskrit count. "Ekam, dve, trini..." The practice remains authentic, even through a screen.

Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana is a powerful balancing posture. In my online classes, I provide detailed verbal cues and count the breaths in Sanskrit to help students build strength, flexibility, and focus at home.

Here, my online students are practicing Supta Padangusthasana. I guide them through each stage (A, B, and C) with precise instructions and the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa count to ensure a deep and safe stretch.

This is Prasarita Padottanasana D from an online session. I instruct students to "push your hips forward" to find the right alignment, helping them build awareness and protect their lower back while stretching their hamstrings.

Guiding students through Utthita Parsvakonasana online. I give clear instructions like "look at your right palm" to ensure they get the full benefit of the twist and stretch, just as they would in the studio.

Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing on breath. This is a screenshot from an online pranayama session, where we connect to our vital life force, or "prana," together.

In this online class, we are preparing for Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand). I lead the students through core-strengthening exercises to ensure they are ready for the full inversion.

The music of the breath. This is a glimpse of a Kapalbhati Pranayama session, with students practicing both in the studio and online. The energy is shared, no matter the distance.

Yoga for everyone. This collage shows students practicing pranayama online and another student working on a deep backbend in the studio. My classes are accessible to all, wherever they are.

About Online Yoga Shala: Practice from Anywhere

Online yoga is not just watching a video. In my virtual shala, I use the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa count—Ekam, dve, trini—to keep your rhythm while I observe your practice through the screen. Whether we are working on a deep backbend or refining your handstand, I provide the same hands-on, precise alignment cues I would if you were standing in my Vikaspuri studio. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, corrected, and connected, so you can build strength and flexibility with confidence.
