About Online Yoga From Home
In our online sessions, you are not just following a pre-recorded video. I keep my camera on and ask you to do the same, so I can see your alignment in real-time. Whether you are using a chair, a wall, or just your mat, we adapt the traditional Hatha sequence to fit your home environment, ensuring your practice is safe and effective.
When you join our online yoga community, the goal is authenticity. Many people worry that practicing online lacks the precision of a physical studio, but that is why I maintain a two-way video policy. You practice, and I watch, providing verbal cues and corrections just as I would in my Konanakunte studio.
We focus on traditional Hatha—holding asanas for endurance and alignment rather than fast, fleeting flows. If you are a beginner, we start slow. If you are advanced, we explore inversions like Headstands or complex postures like Garbha Pindasana.
Don't have professional yoga blocks? We teach you how to use common household items like chairs, sofas, or wall support to get the same benefit. This adaptation is key to our home practice philosophy.
It is about consistency. Our students join from all over, connecting through screens to breathe, stretch, and find inner peace together. You will find it is not just exercise; it is about building a headspace that serves you long after the session ends. Our sessions are designed to be part of your daily routine, helping you show up for yourself even on busy days.
