Pricing Guide
Monthly Small Batch Subscription (12 Sessions)
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 12 classes per month (3 days weekly).
- Days: Fixed batches (typically Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat).
- Timing: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM dedicated kids slot.
- Batch Size: Strictly capped at 8 to 10 students for direct instructor attention.
Studio & Gear
- Location: Air conditioned studio in E Block, GK 2.
- Equipment: Standard 4mm to 6mm PVC mats, foam blocks, and cotton straps provided.
- Hygiene: Shoe free zone with regular sanitization of shared props.
Core Curriculum
- Physical: Focus on growth oriented poses including Dhanurasana (Bow), Chakrasana (Wheel), and Surya Namaskar.
- Mental: Includes Anulom Vilom breathwork and Sanskrit mantra chanting for concentration.
- Language: Mixed Hindi and English instruction.
Intensive Summer Camp Package (6 Weeks)
Program Specs
- Duration: 6 weeks (approx. 18 guided sessions).
- Timeline: Fixed batches typically running mid May to end June.
- Deliverable: Includes a certificate of completion from the center.
Camp Focus
- Theme: Structured specifically to combat screen time fatigue and lethargy.
- Technique: Introduction to balancing acts like Vrikshasana and wall supported flexibility training.
- Social: Partner yoga poses incorporated to build trust among batchmates.
- Philosophy: Storytelling based introduction to Yamas and Niyamas (Yoga values).
Facility
- Setting: Fully climate controlled indoor environment.
- Safety: Soft flooring and mats provided to prevent injury during play based activities.

Why I Teach Yoga to Kids
Yoga, pranayam, meditation - ye sab body, mind aur soul ke liye hai (all this is for the body, mind, and soul). Starting this journey early helps kids find calm and focus, even when the world outside is busy and loud. I want children to feel strong, relaxed, and happy in their own skin.
How My Classes Help
- Strong Bodies: Flexibility, balance, and posture matter. We work on these in every session.
- Focused Minds: Yoga for young minds sharpens attention and helps manage stress or anxiety. Kids use these tools way beyond the mat.
- Happy Souls: I make sure every child enjoys the class, whether we're moving, breathing, or just sitting still.
What Happens in a Session
- Small group batches (max 10 kids) for personal guidance and safety.
- Kids learn yoga poses for children using props - no pressure for perfect form, just fun participation.
- Simple breathing techniques for kids (pranayam) to boost energy and calmness.
- Age range: 3 to 13 years, teens welcome if interested.
Programs for Every Child
- Weekly classes for regular practice, with a dedicated kids slot (4-5 PM).
- Kids yoga summer camp during holidays for extra learning and play.
Our Space
Studio in GK-2 is peaceful and safe. Bachhon ko yahan sukoon milta hai (kids feel peace here).

Aatmspand Yoga Center - yeh mera dil hai (this is my heart). 'Aatmspand' means soul vibration, and that’s what we’re about. Two years, lots of celebrations, from Diwali to New Year, and folks joining from everywhere - Germany, New York, sab log (everyone). It’s not just yoga, it’s family. Together we search for peace, for that inner connection. God’s grace, really. You’ll find your own spiritual journey here, with us.

Yoga for every age - Kids, seniors, beginners - sab ke liye (for everyone). Special batches for kids 3-13. All levels welcome.
Aatmspand way - Basics matter. Surya Namaskar is core. We focus on full wellness - physical, mental, spiritual. It’s more than poses.
Personal support - We give hands-on help. Making sure you get postures right, safe and effective. You get full benefit.
