If you are new to our space, a perfect way to start is with our Sunday morning community class. For just ₹108, we open our doors for a 90-minute session that changes focus every week, from prenatal support to desk yoga, allowing you to experience our traditional teaching style and meet our instructors without a long-term commitment.
Our centre in Kailash Colony serves as a sanctuary for those seeking the traditional teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda. We do not focus on quick fixes or high-intensity cardio. Instead, we teach Hatha yoga as a holistic practice for the mind, body, and spirit.
Our Approach to Practice
We view yoga as health insurance. Whether you are an absolute beginner, an expecting mother, or a parent looking for engaging activities for your children, our classes are designed to be steady and sustainable.
- Prenatal Yoga: We offer medically supervised sessions for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester. These classes focus on gentle asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) to support you through your pregnancy.
- Kids Yoga & Value Education: Our Sunday classes for children aged 7-12 avoid digital screens, focusing instead on Surya Namaskar, memory games, and spiritual storytelling to nurture focus and confidence.
- Community Classes: Every Sunday, we host open sessions at a minimal cost. These are designed to be accessible, welcoming everyone from curious beginners to advanced practitioners looking for fresh inspiration.
