What I Offer at Yogratna
Childhood should be full of maza (fun) and anand (joy). I run kids yoga and summer camps where growing up is about movement, laughter, and learning. Fitness here is never boring - we mix yoga with games so kids stay interested and active.
Strong Mind, Strong Body
Man ke jeete jeet hai, man ke haare haar. That's my motto for all chhote yogis. I focus on building confidence and emotional strength through simple mindfulness activities for kids. Yoga for children is about more than poses - it's about helping them settle their minds, improve focus, and handle feelings.

Summer Camp Vibes
Every May-June, I host a creative wellness camp for ages 4-14. This is not just yoga - kids get art, music, dance, storytelling, flameless cooking, and even learn Japanese Numbering. The best part? Pool parties and farm visits make sure it's actual summer masti and not another class.
Seats are limited since I want each child to feel seen and heard. If your kid loves trying new things and making friends, this is the place.

My Story
Namaskar. I’m Yogratna, right here in East Delhi. This is my little peaceful spot, far from city chaos. I started our studios in Yamuna Vihar and West Jyoti Nagar to build a local yoga family. Honestly, yoga feels best when shared—kids, elders, everyone joining in, even trying chair yoga for the first time. We celebrate together, from International Yoga Day to regular mornings. Yahi hai hamara parivaar – stronger together, always.
