- Correction: Posture drills specifically targeting screen-time impact and spinal flexibility.
- Progress: Periodic photo/video documentation to track flexibility milestones.

How I Approach Kids Yoga
I see yoga for children as a 'work-in', not just a workout. It’s more about helping your child discover their own strengths, both inside and out. My sessions are all about building a strong and flexible foundation for life - not just for the body, but for confidence and passion too.
Personalised & Home-Based Sessions
I come to your home in New Delhi, so your child feels comfy and focused. You can choose one-on-one sessions for full attention, or small group classes if siblings or friends want to join. Each class is tailored to your child’s pace and what suits your family best.
What We Do Together
We start with playful, fun yoga poses for children and gradually move to more challenging asanas as your child grows. Over time, I’ve seen kids go from basic moves to things like Kukutasana and Sirsasana - it’s super exciting to watch their progress!

My Story
Hey, I’m Jyoti, founder of Yujir Yoga. My story goes from Delhi to Santo Domingo and back—yoga’s been my anchor everywhere. Opened my studio in Munirka, Delhi, in 2021, big dream come true! Even had the Dominican Republic’s ambassador at my opening, wild right? Yoga for me is peace, not just poses. Whether I’m by the Pushkar lake or in my studio, I’m just here sharing the calm. Bas, that’s me.
