About Prenatal Yoga for Expecting Mothers

These 90-minute sessions are specifically designed for the second and third trimesters. You will be guided through Hatha yoga, deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra, and calming breathing techniques that help during labor. Please note that entry is permitted only after your first trimester, and we require a certificate from your doctor before your first class to ensure your safety and comfort.
