The Ardha Matsyendrasana, or half spinal twist, is a cornerstone of my back care workshops. This posture gently increases spinal flexibility and can help alleviate pain in the neck, shoulders, and back.

I don't teach 'fitness yoga'; I teach relief. - Tech-Neck and Posture Correction: Most corporate fatigue stems from static postures. We work on specific asanas that open the chest, release the neck, and stabilize the lower back.
- Breathing for Focus: Pranayama isn't just for meditation halls. I teach simple breathing techniques—like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing)—that help regulate the nervous system, lower cortisol, and restore mental clarity during high-pressure work hours.
