This poster for my "Yoga for Back Pain" course highlights a key offering for corporate teams. The program is designed to educate employees on the causes of back pain and empower them with asanas and practices for lifelong spinal health.

The Ardha Matsyendrasana, or half spinal twist, is a cornerstone of my back care workshops. This posture gently increases spinal flexibility and can help alleviate pain in the neck, shoulders, and back.
