My Story
People ask me funny things like, 'Puppy yoga karte ho kya?' (Do you do puppy yoga?) Makes me laugh, but also shows folks are searching for something real. I started Astita Yogmandir in Gurgaon after a long break, just to bring true yoga, the way Sadhguru taught, to people who want more than just a workout. This is my space, my own learning ground, where I found not just yoga, but even a stray kitten a home. Yoga is not about killing your passions, it's about living both inside and outside, full power.
