Yoga is a journey of self-discovery, not a destination. Our teaching is rooted in the Sivananda lineage, where decades of experience meet a deep commitment to sharing life's practical wisdom.

As a Yoga Acharya, or Master of Yoga, with three decades of experience, my passion is to make the ancient science of yoga accessible and relatable. I teach with compassion, understanding how this practice can transform individuals from the inside out.

The quality of our teaching faculty is paramount. Dyutima Goel, a senior teacher with over 14 years of experience, is one of the pillars of our center, specializing in bringing yoga to diverse groups, including those in corporate organizations.

On the sacred day of Guru Purnima, I honor the teachers who have illuminated my path. This connection to a deep and authentic lineage is the foundation of the knowledge I share in every class and workshop.

Our sangha, or community, is the heart of our practice. This photo from a Guru Purnima celebration reflects the spirit of selfless service and shared wisdom that I strive to bring to every organization I work with.

About this collection

Our approach is not about fast results, but about building a sustainable practice that serves you for life. Whether we are leading a corporate workshop or a private session, our teaching is rooted in the Sivananda system, ensuring you receive guidance that is consistent, safe, and deeply respectful of the original lineage.

Roots in the Sivananda Tradition

When you engage with our teaching, you are connecting with a lineage that stretches back decades. My practice, established in 2004, is built on the Sivananda system. This is a holistic method that moves beyond simple stretches to include pranayama, meditation, and the study of yogic philosophy. It is designed for the modern individual who feels overwhelmed by the pace of life and is looking for a path to regain clarity and strength.

Meet Your Teachers

  • Arun Pandala: With over 30 years of personal practice and teaching, I serve as a Yoga Acharya. My focus is to make ancient science accessible and practical. I teach with compassion, understanding that every student brings a unique set of life experiences to the mat.
  • Dyutima Goel: A senior teacher and pillar of our center with over 14 years of experience. She specializes in adapting classical yoga for diverse groups, including corporate employees, children, and advanced practitioners. Her technical expertise ensures that safety and precision remain at the forefront of every class.

The Importance of Sangha

We believe that authentic yoga cannot be practiced in isolation. Our philosophy emphasizes the importance of 'sangha'—a community that supports, encourages, and learns together. This is why our classes and workshops often include opportunities for dialogue, where we discuss real-life challenges and practical wisdom. Whether you are joining us for a corporate wellness program or a weekend retreat, you are entering a space defined by integrity, shared growth, and a focus on long-term well-being.
