Yoga isn't about perfection, it's about showing up. Join our traditional Sivananda Hatha sessions in a sunlit, non-judgmental studio space that welcomes all bodies and levels.

One breath, one community. We welcome all students to connect, share, and flow together toward balance.

Our group class practicing Malasana, a squat that helps with knee pain, back pain, and hip flexibility.

A glimpse into our group class, where students of all levels work on stretches like this quad stretch in a low lunge.

Release the noise, embrace the stillness. Our students find their center in Sarvangasana, or shoulder stand, a key inversion in our Hatha classes.

"The mind is restless, but the breath is constant." Our class finds stillness in Anjaneyasana, or low lunge, focusing on the breath.

Every breath is a chance to reset. An instructor guides students through planks and seated poses in our group class.

Stop thinking, start doing. Our students move through inversions and restorative poses in our welcoming studio.

Conscious breathing heightens awareness. Students practice Bhujangasana and pranayama in our sunlit studio.

We are always students of yoga. Our class works on Hanumanasana, or splits, reminding us to stay humble in our journey.

Finding your center in life. An instructor provides a safe adjustment for a student practicing Sirsasana, or headstand.

About Group Classes: Our Welcoming Community

Our sessions run for 75 minutes, giving us actual time to settle into the breath before moving through Sivananda sequences. We focus on the practice, not the performance, so you will find people here working on their mobility at every stage of life, from absolute beginners to those refining their inversions.

Our Approach to Hatha Yoga

We practice in a sunlit studio in Asiad Village, where we move beyond just exercise. Our classes are designed to build a sustainable practice, mixing traditional Sivananda Hatha with Vinyasa flows and dedicated mobility drills. Whether you are looking to master Sirsasana (headstand) or simply want to release back stiffness, our group sessions provide the space to do it at your own pace.

What to Expect in Class

We keep our sessions to 75 minutes, allowing ample time for the essential components of our practice:

  • Breathwork: We dedicate 10-15 minutes to Pranayama, including Kapalabhati and Anulom Vilom, to calm the mind.
  • Physical Practice: We move through Hatha sequences, Sun Salutations, and strength-building mobility drills that focus on hips, shoulders, and core.
  • Inversions & Strength: For those wanting to level up, we offer guided practice for inversions like headstands and shoulder stands in a safe, supported environment.
  • Restorative Flow: On Wednesdays, we shift into a more relaxed flow, helping you reset your body after a few days of intensity.

Who This Is For

Our community is a mix of people. Some of us are total beginners, some are women over 40 rediscovering their strength, and others are experienced practitioners. We believe the mat is for everyone. If you have to bend your knees or take a child's pose halfway through, you are doing it right. Your presence matters more than your flexibility.
