Our Story: A Mother-Daughter Journey

We are Preeti and Anushka, a mother-daughter duo certified in Sivananda yoga. I (Preeti) began my practice in my late forties, proving it's never too late, while Anushka left the corporate world to share her passion. Together, we blend traditional wisdom with a modern approach to help you find your own path on the mat.

Group Classes: Our Welcoming Community

Join our traditional Hatha yoga sessions in a sunlit, non-judgmental studio space in Delhi. We focus on asana, pranayama, and meditation for all levels, from beginner to intermediate. It's a space to connect, share, and grow together, where your presence matters more than performance.

Yoga Strong: Build Strength & Mobility

For those looking to deepen their practice, this class focuses on building strength, stamina, and mobility. We work on specific goals like hip openers, backbends, and inversions like Sirsasana, using drills and dynamic stretches to help you safely progress to the next level.

Yoga in Nature: Classes, Retreats & Practice

We believe in the healing power of nature and often take our practice outdoors to parks in Delhi. We also host yoga retreats in beautiful locations like Bali, Dharamshala, and Thailand, combining travel with deep, mindful practice for a truly restorative experience.

The Practice: Philosophy & Poses

Our teaching is grounded in traditional Hatha yoga and the wisdom of spiritual leaders like Swami Sivananda. This is a space to explore the asanas not just as physical exercises, but as tools for self-discovery, mindfulness, and connecting with your inner peace. We focus on proper alignment, breath, and the deeper meaning of the practice.
