Our Story: A Mother-Daughter Yoga Journey
We are Preeti and Anushka, a mother-daughter duo bringing the Sivananda tradition to Delhi. Our practice is a space to find joy, whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner.
Strength meets grace as generations flow together. Practicing arm balances by the pool, we aim to inspire one pose at a time.
Rooted in strength, flowing with grace. We find balance together in Natarajasana, the dancer's pose.
Moving in sync through Bhujangasana, or cobra pose. Our shared practice is a source of inspiration and connection.
Supporting each other in Vasisthasana, or side plank. This pose builds core and shoulder strength, and practicing together makes it even more powerful.
We’re a mother-daughter team teaching in Delhi. Here we are practicing a variation of dancer's pose, demonstrating balance and flexibility.
We choose to evolve together. Practicing Mayurasana, or peacock pose, in the park, we are here to help you grow and find happiness within.
Slowing down to breathe in Adho Mukha Svanasana, or downward-facing dog. It's a foundational pose that allows us to find clarity.
Of all the love your soul craves, it craves yours the most. We practice standing balancing poses together, a reminder to nurture self-love.

About Our Story: A Mother-Daughter Journey
Yoga is not about hitting the deepest pose. It is about showing up for yourself, regardless of age or experience. In our sessions, we focus on the Sivananda sequence, combining traditional Hatha, pranayama, and mobility drills to help you feel stronger and more centered. Whether you are practicing in our Siri Fort studio or joining us live online, you will find a non-judgmental space where performance takes a backseat to your presence and progress.
Our Path to the Mat
We believe yoga is a sadhana, a daily practice for the soul. I (Preeti) started my yoga journey in my late forties, and Anushka eventually left the corporate world to dedicate herself to teaching. Together, we found that yoga was not about performance but about creating a space where anyone, at any age, could find stillness.
How We Practice
We teach traditional Sivananda Hatha yoga, which balances asanas with deep breathing and meditation. Our approach is designed for the modern lifestyle in Delhi:
- Offline Sessions: We meet at our Siri Fort studio or in the greenery of Asiad Village. These 75-minute sessions are intimate, allowing for verbal adjustments and a sense of community.
- Online Membership: We bring our studio sessions to your living room. Our interactive Zoom classes ensure you receive the same guidance and modifications as our in-person students.
- Yoga Strong: For those who want to level up, we incorporate mobility drills to help with strength, stamina, and specific goals like inversions or hip openers.
