As a mother-daughter duo, we share our practice from the heart. Here, we are in a moment of quiet meditation, finding our center together. This is the peace and connection we bring to every class.
Our community is the soul of our practice. This is from our International Yoga Day celebration, where dozens of us came together to share energy, movement, and joy under the open sky.
I (Preeti) started my yoga journey in my late 40s and now flow through poses I never thought possible. This is a reminder that age is not a barrier; it is a source of strength and wisdom on the mat.
This is the beautiful stillness after a fulfilling group class. We guide our students through movement and breath, leading them to this moment of complete rest and rejuvenation in Savasana.
We love taking our practice outdoors. Here we are finding strength and balance together in the park. We offer these sessions to help you connect with your practice and with nature.
Our 'Yoga Strong' classes are designed to help you build confidence and progress safely. We provide hands-on guidance and use tools like the wall to help you master inversions and advanced asanas.
You can join our community from anywhere in the world. Our online classes bring the supportive energy of our Delhi studio right into your home, so you never have to miss a practice.
For those with specific goals, we offer private yoga classes. This one-on-one setting allows us to create a personalized practice tailored to your needs, whether it's improving flexibility or mastering a new pose.

Yoga for Every Body
When I started my yoga journey at 47, I thought I had missed the boat. Now, at 54, I am doing poses I never imagined possible. That is the experience we bring to every class—proof that age is not a limit, but a launchpad. Together with my daughter Anushka, we teach traditional Sivananda Hatha yoga designed for real people. We have moved past the performance-heavy approach to focus on what actually helps you: building mobility, managing stress, and finding joy.
Where We Practice
Our Delhi community is rooted in two main settings:
- The Studio: We host sessions at our home-like studio in Asiad Village. It features natural ventilation, green marble flooring, and a calm atmosphere perfect for Pranayama and meditation.
- The Park: Weather permitting, we take our practice to the manicured greens of Sirifort. Practicing under the open sky connects the body to nature, which is a core part of our philosophy.
How We Work
Yoga should be accessible, which is why we offer multiple ways to join our circle:
- Group Classes: A mix of traditional Hatha, Vinyasa flows on Wednesdays, and 'Yoga Strong' mobility drills to help you gain stamina.
- Online Interactive: We bring the same energy to your living room via live Zoom sessions. We keep classes small so we can offer real-time verbal adjustments.
- Private Sessions: If you have specific goals—like injury rehab, mastering a headstand, or working on back pain—we tailor one-on-one sessions to your specific anatomy and needs.
