About Yoga Strong: Build Strength & Mobility

While our main practice is traditional Sivananda, our Tuesday Yoga Strong sessions are different. We strip away the long meditation flows to focus specifically on mobility drills, hip openers, and foundational work for inversions like headstands. If you have been struggling to get your legs straight in a downward dog or find your wrists hurting during planks, this is the session where we break down exactly how to fix your form and build the required stamina.
