About Join Our Online Classes
Unlike watching a pre-recorded video, these are fully interactive live sessions. When you are on the mat, I am watching your posture and giving you verbal cues in real-time, just like I would if you were standing in my studio in Khar. You get personal attention, we correct your alignment, and we keep our signature 'mat pe masti' vibe alive, no matter where you are logging in from.
Bringing the studio experience home isn't just about turning on a camera. My goal was to create a digital space that carries the same supportive, judgment-free energy we’ve built over the last 12 years.
We keep our batch sizes small for a reason—so I can actually see you. Because this is a two-way video format, I provide the same Iyengar-style alignment corrections you’d get in person. If your pose is off, I’ll spot it and guide you on how to adjust it so you stay safe and get the most out of the movement.
Worried about not having props? You don't need a fancy setup. I teach you how to use common household furniture—a sturdy chair, a wall, even your bed—to replicate the support of our studio bricks and bolsters. It’s practical, effective, and works for real life.
