Yoga is my secret to staying calm through festive chaos and changing seasons. Let me help you find your balance, no matter the time of year.

This Diwali, let's balance the festive indulgence with inner peace. This video guides you through a simple routine with shoulder stretches and calming mudras to help you stay centered and energized through the celebrations.

The festive season can be overwhelming. This video shows three powerful mudras, Kshapan, Lotus, and Hakini mudra, that you can practice during Diwali to release stress, foster compassion, and stay focused amidst the rush.

This moment from our Navratri celebration captures the soul of our classes. We come together to chant the Gayatri Mantra, not just as a practice, but as a community cleansing our aura and finding inner peace together.

Here is a special yoga routine for Ganpati, filmed by the sacred Ram Kund in Nashik. It includes Ganesh Mudra to boost heart energy and Devi Asana to promote grounding, helping you connect with the energy of Lord Ganesha.

This Mahashivratri, give yourself the gift of stillness. This 10-minute special meditation includes chanting the Mahamrityunjay Mantra to help you connect with Shiva's energy, calm your thoughts, and restore balance from within.

Want to channel divine energy this Mahashivratri? This video explains how to practice Shivling Mudra, a powerful hand gesture that awakens inner strength, restores balance, and connects you to the transformative energy of Shiva.

Welcome the sacred month of Shravan with fire in your core. This video demonstrates Ling Mudra, a powerful gesture to stoke your inner agni (fire), boost immunity, and align your energies during this month of mindful living.

Feeling the summer heat drain your energy? This pranayama routine is designed to cool you down. It includes Sheetali and Sheetkari pranayama to cool the body, and Chandrabhedan to calm the brain and nerves.

Summer is here, and this yoga routine will help you enjoy it without the heat getting to you. It includes cooling poses like Balasana and pranayama like Shitali to keep your body and mind calm on hot, sunny days.

Don't let the monsoon mess with your mood. This video demonstrates calming pranayamas like Ling Mudra to fight chills, Shitkari to cool humidity, and Bhastrika to build immunity and clear chest congestion.

About Seasonal & Festive Wellness

The festive rush or changing weather often leaves us feeling drained or overwhelmed. In my classes, we use simple mudras and seasonal sequences—like cooling pranayama for Mumbai summers or Ling Mudra to build immunity in winter—to keep your energy steady and your mood uplifted. You do not need fancy equipment to practice these routines. Just ten minutes a day helps you reclaim your calm, even during the busiest festivals.

Festivals like Diwali and Navratri are beautiful, but they can easily lead to exhaustion. I started these seasonal routines to help my community stay grounded. We don't just focus on fitness; we focus on what your body needs at that specific time of year.

Why Seasonal Yoga Matters

Your body reacts to the environment. When the Mumbai summer heat rises, we practice Sheetali and Sheetkari pranayama to cool your system naturally. During the monsoon, when humidity and sluggishness take over, we shift to Bhastrika to build immunity and clear congestion. It is about working with nature, not against it.

Festive Rituals for Inner Peace

Festive times are for celebration, but finding stillness is just as important. During Navratri, we incorporate the Gayatri Mantra to cleanse your aura and find focus. For Mahashivratri, we use the Shivling Mudra to awaken strength and restore balance. These are not just exercises. They are rituals to help you stay present so you can truly enjoy the celebrations without burning out.

Practice Anywhere

Whether you are joining me at our Khar West studio or practicing from home, these routines are designed to be accessible. My mother-in-law, my mummy, joins me in many of these sessions because yoga is for every age. You will learn to use simple props or just your own hands to practice mudras that soothe your nervous system. Come as you are, and let’s find some balance together.
