Acidity is one of the most common complaints I hear, and it can truly spoil your day. This video introduces a few key asanas and breathing exercises that I teach to calm the digestive system and provide natural, long-term relief.
Stress and poor digestion are often linked to that uncomfortable burning sensation. Here, I demonstrate how poses like a spinal twist in Sukhasana and Trikonasana can gently massage your abdominal organs and calm your nervous system.

In our studio sessions, we don’t just focus on the poses. We use props like bolsters, bricks, and chairs to help you reach the right stretch without straining, specifically targeting the pressure points that soothe acidity and bloating. You will find that even a few minutes of consistent practice, using these props to support your body, makes a real difference in how your stomach feels after meals.

- Prop-Assisted Movement: We use chairs and wall support so that even if you aren't flexible, you can perform these poses safely.
- Breathwork (Pranayama): Techniques like Kapalbhati and specific mudras help clear out the system and calm the nervous system, which is the root of most stomach acidity.
- Consistency over Intensity: You don't need an hour a day. We create routines that you can practice in your bedroom, using household items if you don't have props handy.
I’ve seen women come in feeling heavy and drained, and leave feeling lighter and more energized. You don't need to be perfect to start. You just need to show up.
