What I Offer

Yoga for me is not just exercise, it's an adjustive science shaped by my gurus and our parampara (lineage). I use the Iyengar method - it's all about precision and detailed alignment, not just doing postures for the sake of it. My sessions are practical and I keep it real, using props like blocks, belts, and chairs to support your body where it needs help, make poses doable for all, and hold them long enough to feel the difference.

How My Sessions Work

  • Props are our friends, not cheats - they help you get the pose right, avoid strain, and actually feel the benefits.
  • We focus on Iyengar yoga therapy, looking at what your body and mind need, not just ticking off poses.

My Story

Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar’s words kinda stuck with me: yoga ferried me from confusion to clarity. I’m Amina, certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, but honestly, always a student first. What I share isn’t just mine - it’s passed down, guru to student, old-school style. Every pose, every breath, it’s about connecting body, mind, soul. Discipline, yes, but also kindness to yourself. My job? Just holding space, passing on what my teachers gave me. We’re all just finding that little spark inside.
