I explain the science of Iyengar Yoga. Just as a misaligned beaker spills water, a misaligned body spills energy, leading to fatigue and disease. We align you precisely to conserve this energy, building your immune system and a rock-solid mind ready to win any battle.

I started this journey because I was bedridden. My mission for this center, Yogakshema, is simple: whatever I have lost, nobody should, and whatever I have achieved, everybody should. I am here to give new life to others through this practice.

About My Philosophy: The Path to Self-Reflection

Once your body aligns correctly, that energy is conserved, creating a physical reservoir that immediately supports a sharper, more resilient mind.
