Why My Mindful Yoga Changed Me

Sometimes, I wake up and my mind's already sprinting. Mann ki aadat (the mind's habit), right? I know the tiredness, the stress, and that weird disconnect. Yoga for me started with that mess - not with perfect poses or zen, but burnt out and searching.

Yoga as a Mirror, Not a Quick Fix

Sach baat to yeh hai (the truth is), yoga isn't magic. It doesn't hide your flaws or pain. Instead, it shows you what’s real. That’s how I found yogश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः (stillness of mind). Yoga connects mind, dil (heart), and action - so you actually feel your life, not just think it.

How I Guide You

I use classic tools, but I keep it practical. No fancy stuff, just what works.

  • Pranayama for anxiety relief: Breathwork is the anchor. Box Breathing, Bhramari (Bee Breath), and Anulom Vilom reset my mind when it’s wild.
  • Mindfulness meditation for stress: Meditation isn’t about stopping thoughts. I teach you to be a sakshi (witness), just watching your mind. Walking Meditation is a game changer if you feel disconnected.
  • Yoga poses for emotional balance: Simple moves like Shashankasana and Makarasana help release stuck emotions. I also share quick grounding tricks for those panic moments.

My Story

I’m Tushar. I didn’t grow up calm - anger was my engine. Saw my mom hurt, my sister sidelined. Powerless, frustrated, I turned that into fight. Maa said, 'Ban jaa koi jo ignore na ho.' (Become someone they can't ignore.) I opened YogaDhara, got results - stress relief, pain gone - but still, studio empty. Hit rock bottom, lost myself. Now, I’m rebuilding. This is my war, my rebirth. I’m here to help you find your first version, not someone else’s.

Yoga Classes & Therapy - I offer online and offline yoga for individuals, groups, kids, and corporate wellness. Special focus on yoga for cervical pain and anxiety.
