Why I Do This
I’m Nidhi, and I left my corporate job because I wanted to help women feel better, not just look better. Yoga for me isn’t just exercise - it’s how I keep my mind, body, and emotions in check. Sirf body nahi, mann bhi shaant hota hai (It’s not just the body, the mind also becomes calm). That’s what I want for you too.
How My Yoga Sessions Work
I design every session around real women’s needs. Whether it’s fighting stubborn belly fat, finding relief from back pain, or yoga for hormonal imbalance, I use simple movements and breathing techniques that actually fit your day.
- Weight management focuses on belly and lower abdomen (think Chakkichalanasana and Surya Namaskar).

Iss safar mein, kitne amazing log mile, unse seekha bhi, aur khud bhi grow kiya. Kabhi kabhi students ke feedback padh ke aankhon mein aansu aa jaate hain, sach mein.
