In my group classes, we do not just mimic flows. We use props like chairs and wall ropes to ensure you actually feel the pose in the right muscles, not just in your joints. If you are joining a ladies-only or partner batch, expect me to walk around and provide manual adjustments so you get the most out of every breath.
