A sanctuary in the heart of Santacruz where your body is treated like a temple. We practice with patience and precision to help you move better, feel stronger, and breathe deeper.

At Body Temple, I use specialized props like wall ropes to help you safely explore advanced postures. This method allows for deeper stretches and builds core strength in ways you might not have thought possible.

Yoga is for every body. Here, I am assisting a student in a supported backbend using a chair, a technique that makes therapeutic postures accessible and safe for all ages and flexibility levels.

The energy of our group classes is something special. We start our mornings together with practices like the 108 Surya Namaskar, building heat, focus, and a strong sense of community.

My prenatal yoga and Garbh Sanskar sessions are designed to support mothers-to-be on their sacred journey. We focus on gentle movements and breathwork to nurture both mother and baby.

Finding joy in the practice is key. With the help of props, even challenging inversions become a playful exploration of balance and strength, leaving you feeling empowered and refreshed.

My teaching goes beyond asanas to include holistic wellness practices. Here, we are practicing Jalneti, a traditional yogic cleansing kriya to purify the nasal passages and improve respiratory health.

Connection is a core part of yoga. In my partner yoga sessions, we build trust, support each other, and share a lot of laughter while exploring poses together.
