My Yoga Journey: Awards and Recognitions in Delhi
Yoga has been my personal healing path, and sharing this with our community has been a deeply humbling experience. Here is a look at the recognition I have received for our wellness initiatives.
As a yog shikshak and a mother, my mission is to share the gift of yoga that helped me heal. I believe in the proverb 'Pehla sukh nirogi kaya' (the first happiness is a healthy body).

About Awards & My Journey
These awards from the Ministry of Education and SCERT Delhi are a reminder of the trust families place in my teaching. Every certificate here represents a student who found relief from stress, back pain, or improved their focus through our sessions. When you train with me in Shalimar Bagh, you are getting that same committed, hands-on guidance to help you build a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
My path to becoming a yoga teacher started with my own battle against cervical and back pain. When I finally found relief through consistent practice, I knew I had to share this knowledge. My journey has not just been about personal fitness, but about creating a space where people can heal naturally.
Recognised Community Work
Receiving recognition as a 'Vidyanjali Star' from the Ministry of Education and SCERT Delhi has been a highlight of my teaching career. Working with North DMC Primary School children taught me that yoga is not just for adults; it is a vital tool for young minds to manage screen fatigue, build concentration, and stay grounded. These awards stand as proof that our simple, traditional methods of asana and pranayama are effective and necessary.
