How I Teach Yoga to Kids

Yoga for children, according to me, isn't just about cute poses or copying grown-ups. I really believe 'yog se bhage rog hai' (diseases run away from yoga), and starting young is best. At my studio, I keep things disciplined but open - kids get the freedom to try, fail, and try again.

What Happens in Class

  • I give hands-on help, fixing alignment and making sure every child stays safe, especially when they try tough poses.
  • We use yoga props for children like wheels, blocks, and ropes. These aren't just for show - kids actually learn proper technique and see their progress.
  • Classes cover advanced asana training. So yes, your child will work towards splits, backbends, even handstands, but only when they're ready.
  • There's always a little partner yoga or acro yoga for kids. This builds trust and communication, and honestly, it makes practice way more fun.

Beyond Just Fitness

Yoga here is also about self-acceptance. When a kid nails a tough pose, you can see the confidence build. I want each child to feel more urja (energy) and beauty - not just in their bodies, but in their minds too.

How You Can Join

You can join kids yoga classes in Delhi at my Rohini studio, or go for online sessions from home. Har bachcha yoga kar sakta hai (Every child can do yoga) - just need to start.

My Story

Hi, I’m Arjun. Yoga’s my happy place, not just a workout - it’s how I find balance. I always say, ‘I bend so I don’t break’ - works for life too, trust me. Watching students, from kids to adults, surprise themselves is the best part. Yog hi to saari duniya ko Bharat ka vardaan hai (Yoga is India’s blessing to the world) and I’m just glad to share it, one class at a time.

My Work

Yoga classes - online & in-studio - I teach Power Yoga for beginners, Advanced Acro Yoga, Partner Yoga, and core workouts in Rohini and online.

Personal attention - You get my full focus. I guide each person, whether you’re new or tackling tough asanas.

Flexibility and strength training - We work on flexibility, muscle strength, and balance. It’s about getting healthier inside out.

Yoga for body and mind - Yoga is more than poses. It helps with peace, mental balance, and issues like PCOD relief or knee pain.
