Our summer camp is a complete package of fun and learning. This flyer gives you a peek into all the activities we offer, from yoga and dance to art and craft, all designed for your child's growth.
A glimpse into our summer camp yoga sessions. You can see the children practicing foundational asanas on their colorful mats, building strength and flexibility in a fun group setting.
Partner yoga is a highlight of our summer camp. It teaches children cooperation, balance, and trust as they work together to create poses, strengthening their bodies and their friendships.
Meditation is a key part of our camp. Here, children are learning Tratak (candle gazing) and chanting the Gayatri Mantra to calm their minds and improve their ability to concentrate.
Our dance guru, Karan sir, leading a fun dance activity. These sessions are all about letting loose, enjoying the music, and learning new steps together in a lively environment.
Even simple exercises become fun games at our summer camp. Here, the kids are doing wall sits and stretches, building stamina and flexibility while laughing and playing together.

About Summer Camp: Fun, Growth & Friendship
Our 40-day camp is a mix of energetic Bollywood dance and foundational Hatha Yoga, where we teach partner poses to build team spirit. We also include Tratak (candle gazing) and mantra recitation, which are simple, effective ways to help kids reduce screen-time fatigue and sharpen their concentration for the school year ahead.
More Than Just a Summer Activity
Many parents worry about screen time during the holidays. My summer camp is designed to replace that passive time with active, joyful growth. We don't just teach poses; we teach awareness.
What Your Child Will Experience:
- Physical Conditioning: We use yoga blocks and wheels to make advanced asanas safe and fun. From Surya Namaskar for flexibility to partner yoga games that teach trust, children learn to use their bodies in coordination and rhythm.
- Dance & Energy: Our specialized dance sessions with Karan Sir are perfect for letting loose. It is not just about steps; it is about building rhythm and letting them express their energy freely.
- Mindfulness & Calm: The mental aspect is where we see the most change. We teach Tratak Kriya (candle gazing) to improve focus and eyesight, combined with Gayatri Mantra chanting to cultivate peace of mind.
- Confidence & Skills: Beyond fitness, we include English speaking drills and team management games. The 2.5 hours spent here are about growth, creativity, and the simple joy of making new friends.
Who is this for?
Whether your child is shy, hyperactive, or just needs a healthy outlet, this camp is a safe, supervised space. We keep our batches small, between 8 to 15 children, to ensure every child gets the attention they need during our 40-day journey. By the end of the camp, they won't just be fitter; they will be more balanced and confident. Har Har Mahadev.
