About Our Yoga Community: In the Studio

In my studio classes, you won't find a room full of people silently staring at their mats. I move around to offer hands-on adjustments because your alignment matters more than hitting a perfect pose. Whether you are in my Noida sessions or training with me at 21 Fitness in Delhi, you are joining a circle of people who are here to support each other's progress, not compete. We keep our groups intimate so you actually get the guidance you need.

Yoga is better when done together. My group sessions are designed to move beyond the physical act of stretching. We focus on building a community where everyone—from complete beginners to those who have been practicing for years—feels safe and encouraged.

Where We Practice

We currently host sessions at Kailash Health Village in Noida (Sector 62) and at 21 Fitness locations in Greater Kailash and Vasant Kunj. These are not just gyms; they are spaces where we have full access to props like blocks, straps, chairs, and mats to make sure your practice is sustainable and safe for your specific body type.

My Approach to Group Yoga

  • Hands-On Correction: I don't just demonstrate from the front. I walk the floor to help you with your posture and breathwork, ensuring you are working your muscles, not your joints.
  • Therapeutic Focus: Many of my students come to me for help with back pain, neck stiffness, or general tightness from desk jobs. We integrate therapeutic drills into our general fitness batches so you walk out feeling better than when you walked in.
  • Prop-Supported Practice: Whether it is using a chair for better spinal alignment or straps to deepen a stretch, we use tools intelligently. This makes advanced poses accessible and safe for everyone.

We don't just count reps here. Whether it's a Hatha, Vinyasa, or restorative flow, we pay attention to the breath and the mind. If you are looking for a place to build strength without the pressure, you have found it. Let's start this journey together.
