About Our Studio & Community Vibe
We keep our studio batches small, typically 8 to 12 students, so I can personally check your form and adjust your poses. You will see us using props like wooden blocks, belts, and wheels in these images—these aren't just for show. They help you get into the correct alignment safely, especially if you are working with back pain or stiffness.

Our Studio Environment
My space is designed for healing, not just exercise. It is an air-conditioned, comfortable studio with laminate flooring, which is safer for your joints during asanas. We use mirrors so you can monitor your own alignment while I walk around to provide hands-on corrections. This ensures that you aren't just doing the pose, but doing it in a way that provides therapeutic relief.
