About Our Studio & Community Vibe

We keep our studio batches small, typically 8 to 12 students, so I can personally check your form and adjust your poses. You will see us using props like wooden blocks, belts, and wheels in these images—these aren't just for show. They help you get into the correct alignment safely, especially if you are working with back pain or stiffness.
