About Our Community and Collaborations

These collaborations with partners like T-Series and Delhi Doordarshan help us stay connected to the real needs of our community, ensuring our teaching methods remain practical and grounded for every student who walks through our doors.
Why does community engagement matter for a yoga practice? For me, it is about breaking the barrier between 'instructor' and 'student' and showing that yoga is a lifestyle, not just a one-hour class.
Whether we are hosting large-scale sessions for International Yoga Day or filming segments for Delhi Doordarshan on women's health, the goal remains the same: making wellness accessible to everyone. These moments outside the studio allow us to refine how we communicate health concepts, from managing stress to improving posture, in ways that resonate with real people.
