At Slay Pilates, I’ve built Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates sessions to help you feel strong, comfortable, and totally in touch with your changing body. Whether you’re rocking a bump or just got your glow-up as a new mom, I’m here for all of it.

Bump to Beyond: My Two Programs

  • Prenatal Slay: For pregnant mamas who want to stay strong and steady. Moves are safe, gentle, and designed for your pregnancy journey.
  • Postnatal Glow-Up: Once baby’s here, I’ll help you reconnect with your core and get your strength back, using gentle reformer Pilates for postpartum.

The Slay Method

My method is simple: keep things soft but strong. I use the Pilates Reformer, so you feel supported - not pushed too hard. All trainers are proper certified and actually watch your form, so no worries about unsafe moves or random soreness. You get safe core exercises for new moms and pregnancy-safe flows.

Honestly, my studio is more like group therapy (with way better lighting). You’ll find other women and mamas who get what you’re going through. It’s a safe spot to chill, share, and focus on yourself.

My Story

Hey, we’re Slay Pilates. Started by Sheena, the OG Slay Girl. Pilates is our therapy, not just a workout. Here, you leave stress at the door and wobble out with strong legs and stronger moods (sometimes). We’re big on community – packed classes, soft girl looks, strong girl feels. We hype up self-love, romanticise wellness, and yeah, you’ll probably laugh and sweat at the same time. Come vibe with us.
