My Take on Prenatal Yoga
Yoga is my happy hour, and I've found it even more grounding during pregnancy. I get how your body shifts and how that can mess with your mood or sleep. What I offer is a space to get comfy with those changes, moving at your own pace.
What You Can Expect
- We keep it simple. No fancy moves, only safe prenatal yoga postures that actually help with stuff like back pain, stiffness, or just feeling heavy.
- We always listen to your body. Doesn't matter if you’ve never stretched before or you think you’re not flexible. If you show up, that’s enough.
How We Move and Breathe
- Gentle asanas like Baddha Konasana for hips and Marjari Asan for your back. They’re modified for pregnancy, so you don’t have to worry about overdoing it.
- Breathwork for labor is a big part - I teach you pranayam like Bhramari and Anulome-Vilome to keep calm and steady, especially when you feel anxious or can't sleep.
- We also spend time on pregnancy meditation techniques to help you connect with the baby, unwind, and boost sleep.
Who Can Join
You can join online or come to my Noida studio. Whether you want a group vibe with other moms-to-be or solo classes, I shape the sessions to what you actually need, not just what’s in a textbook.
I’ll be honest - some days you may feel tired or cranky and that's normal. We work with it, not against it. This practice is about feeling good in your changing body and prepping for childbirth, naturally.

Namaste, I’m Meenakshi. People see my yoga photos and can’t believe I’m 70. I just laugh - this is what yoga does! For me, it’s not just exercise, it’s my own quiet happy hour. On my mat, whether it’s a gentle stretch or a full split, I feel alive. Pranayam, meditation, all of it keeps me peaceful. Doesn’t matter your age or where you start, this journey is for everyone.
