About Become a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher
Most prenatal yoga certifications stop at basic postures, but pregnancy requires deeper clinical understanding. In this 50-hour immersion, I bring in gynecologists, dieticians, and physiotherapists to teach you the anatomy behind trimester-specific care. You are not just learning sequences; you are learning how to manage risks like sciatic pain or gestational diabetes, so you can walk into any studio with total confidence to handle a class of expecting mothers.
Bridging the Gap in Prenatal Training
Many yoga trainers avoid teaching pregnancy classes because they fear liability or lack the specific medical knowledge required. This course is built to remove that hesitation. I structured this program to bridge the gap between ancient yogic wisdom and modern medical safety. You will learn to adapt your existing practice to the physiological changes of pregnancy, ensuring you can support women from the first trimester through to postnatal recovery.
What the 50-Hour Course Covers
- Clinical Anatomy: Understanding the pelvic floor, postural changes, and high-risk conditions like gestational diabetes and BP fluctuations.
- Trimester-Specific Sequencing: Why what works in the first trimester is dangerous in the third. We teach you how to modify intensity.
- Holistic Care: Integration of Garbh Sanskar, breathing techniques, and Sattvic dietary guidance that you can pass on to your students.
- Labor Rehearsal: Teaching birthing positions and partner-assisted techniques.
Certification & Structure
We understand you are likely already working or teaching. That is why this course is spread over 5 weekends (Sat & Sun, 12 PM to 5 PM), allowing you to train without quitting your current job. Upon completion, you receive an International Yoga Alliance (RPYT) certification, which gives you credibility not just in Delhi NCR, but globally.
Why Learn With Me?
My approach is practical. You will see this in the classes where we focus on real-world scenarios. My students, like Rajni and Sunita, have used this exact training to evolve from general practitioners to specialists who can confidently lead workshops. If you want to stop guessing and start teaching with clarity, this course is for you.
